Our Customer Service receives your request and sends you back an e-mail with the total cost of the transfer. The Transfer will be confirmed via e-mail once we receive the amount request to be paid in advance with PayPal. In this confirmation e-mail you are going to find all the information you need for the transfer.
Most of the payment is going to be paid to the driver, though we require a small deposit based on the type of transfer requested. The deposit can be paid by clicking on the link sent via e-mail by us. For payments we use the secure PayPal system.
Yes, it is guaranteed when all the information you provide us is accurate and true.
No, our drivers have access to all the flights information so they can estimate the time of waiting. (see parking costs)
Our driver awaits for you at the Arrivals Gate with a board with your name.
No, there is no cancellation fee if we receive your cancellation at least 36 hours before the transfer.
Yes, you need to ask the driver.
Yes, all our drivers are registered by TFL (Transport of London).
No, the payment can be done only in Sterling (British Pound). It is more convenient to withdraw money from any cash machine in the airport instead of exchanging money.
The trip from Stansted Airport to London takes around 90 - 120 minutes, in normal traffic condition off pick (between 22:00 and 5:00). During the weekend this route can take even less then 90 minutes.
